When we encounter a new hack we attempt to have the components of the hack shutdown, provide information on dealing with the issue, and contacting others affected by the issue. We recently began monitoring the use of outdated software by hosting providers, which contain vulnerabilities that could lead to their clients being hack, and we have been working to get them to get the software upgraded.
