Drupal Upgrade
Keeping your installation of Drupal up to date is important because it insures your website is not hacked through a known vulnerability in Drupal. If your Drupal installation has already been hacked we can clean it up and then upgrade it. In addition to making sure your website is secure, new minor releases fix bugs. Major releases, i.e.: going from version 5 to 6, add new features. The current versions of Drupal are 6.28 and 7.22 (check what version you are currently running). If you prefer not to upgrade it yourself, we can do it for you following the proper upgrade procedure. We will also upgrade any out of date contributed modules that are installed.
Before having us upgrade you from version 5 to 6, 6 to 7, or 5 to 7; you should check to insure that the theme and any contributed modules you use are supported in the new version to insure that you can continue to use them. For this type of upgrade we will set up a test of the upgrade on your website so that you can do additional testing of the upgrade before going live with the upgraded version.
Once the upgrade has been completed, we test the website to insure the upgrade has not caused any issues. We can usually upgrade your Drupal installation in a day.
Hosting Requirements for 6.x:

- PHP version 4.4.0 or greater
- MySQL version 4.1 or greater, PostgreSQL 7.1 or greater
Hosting Requirements for 7.x:

- PHP version 5.2.5 or greater
- MySQL 5.0.15 or greater, PostgreSQL 8.3 or greater, or SQLite 3.x

US$100 to upgrade a website running 6.x to 6.28 or 7.x to 7.22. US$300 to upgrade a website running 5.x to 6.28 or 6.x to 7.22. US$400 to upgrade a website running 5.x to 7.22. Payment is due after the upgrade has been completed. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or eCheck through PayPal in a number of currencies.
