Search Marketing Blog. Previously targeting United States based users was limited to targeting the whole United States along with Canada, individual states, or Nielson Media Research&#8217;s Designated Marketing Areas (DMAs).  Yahoo has now introduced the option to target by ZIP code, city, or the United States and Canada individually.
