MediaWiki Upgrade

Keeping your installation of MediaWiki up to date is important because it insures your website is not hacked through a known vulnerability in MediaWiki. If your MediaWiki installation has already been hacked we can clean it up and then upgrade it. In addition to making sure your website is secure, new minor releases fix bugs. The current versions of MediaWiki are 1.19.7 and 1.20.6 (check what version you are currently running). If you prefer not to upgrade it yourself, we can do it for you following the proper upgrade procedure. We will also upgrade any out of date extensions that are installed.

Once the upgrade has been completed, we test the website to insure the upgrade has not caused any issues. We can usually upgrade your MediaWiki installation in a few hours.

(We can check with your hosting provider to make sure that these requirements are met.)

Price:

US$100 for versions 1.5.x through 1.20.x. Payment is due after the upgrade has been completed. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, or eCheck through PayPal in a number of currencies.
